We are entrepreneurs from Granada who created Valeria Blume to make bouquets that move people. We design our collections with the guidance of a flower expert, combining aesthetics, technique and the seasons.

How much does delivery cost?
In Granada city delivery is free. In the metropolitan area the cost depends on the town, from €6. You can check it in the area finder on this page; the exact amount is also shown at checkout.
Can I schedule delivery for another day?
Yes. At checkout you choose the delivery day from the available dates. We do not deliver on Sundays.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
It depends on flower availability and the day's route. Write to us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will confirm.
Can I include a card message?
Yes. At checkout you indicate the occasion, who is sending it, who it is for and the message for the card.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit or debit card, Bizum and bank transfer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us before the cut-off time: 13:00 Monday to Friday and 12:00 on Saturdays. After that time we cannot guarantee changes.
What if the person is not at home?
We try to contact them. If delivery is not possible, we arrange a new delivery, which may have an additional cost.
Will the bouquet look exactly like the photo?
Every arrangement is handmade, so no two are the same. We keep the style and colour palette; some flowers may change with the season.
